Glyndebourne Productions Ltd is a charity which funds Glyndebourne Festival Opera and Glyndebourne on Tour.

Since 1952 Glyndebourne's position at the forefront of international opera has been secured thanks to the support of their Members.

In 2006 the Company employed Scancapture to scan a backlog of 20,000 of their Members Gift Aid declarations as part of a drive to create a new Gift Aid recording system incorporating Tessituras Membership Database software and was successfully completed within 2 weeks. Scancapture keep records up-to-date and continue to scan Glyndebournes newly completed Gift Aid and Direct Debit documents on an annual basis. A full filing cabinet can be scanned by Scancapture in just a few days.

The Technology; Combining Accuracy and Speed

Searching for a Gift Aid Declaration couldnt be simpler; a members unique reference number or surname is entered on the keyboard and the relevant document(s) is displayed on screen instantly - ready for reviewing, supporting a claim or printing. This also makes Inland Revenue audits quicker and lessens the risk of HMRC applying repayments or penalties.
