Advertising Agency, McCann Erickson Manchester have contracted Scancapture to design, distribute, process and analyse their People Survey. Each employee receives a survey looking at three areas; their job, the Agency and the industry. These are completed anonymously and posted directly to Scancapture using pre-paid envelopes. It is an exercise where McCann Erickson Manchester demonstrate their commitment to listening to staff and how best to take some of the most important issues forward.
