The London Library commissioned a full survey of its membership and chose Scancapture to distribute and process the questionnaires. Results and the raw data were provided for further analysis by library staff. The survey attracted an exceptionally high response rate and Scancapture provided a prompt and efficient service throughout, within the agreed modest budget and timescale.
