Steve Smith always wanted to be his own boss, so he took the plunge and founded Scancapture in 2002. Steve not only brings over 20 years data capture and document management experience to his business but also a genuine and determined passion for improving employee and customer engagement.
For over 10 years, Steve has spearheaded developments in survey and data collection techniques to produce measurable systems that change how businesses connect with their clients and employees. Despite being fundamental to a business’s overall performance, many companies choose to overlook these areas resulting in low staff morale and poor service delivery.
As an engagement pioneer, Steve Smith is now at the heart of the government’s flagship ‘Engage for Success’ initiative. As a key expert on the review panel for the White Papers and Thought Leadership Papers committee, Steve’s vast experience and portfolio of studies has made him a leading authority on how engagement can improve productivity, performance and profitability.
