John Lewis Partnership - Partner Survey
Now in its fifth year, the Partner Survey is helping to change John Lewis' business. Once again, John Lewis and its sister company Waitrose have chosen Lancashire based Scancapture Ltd to process and report on their annual Partner Survey. Feedback from previous years has resulted in new initiatives while encouraging better communication.

APSE Performance Networks is a dynamic performance measurement model used widely by local authorities across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. It is the largest voluntary public sector benchmarking model of its kind, with 216 local authorities currently in membership and over 900 facilities registered for Sports & Leisure Facility Management. Middlesbrough based Erimus Housing have chosen to use Scancapture's services to design, print, process and analyse 9 different resident questionnaires, to help them to offer first class, affordable properties, creating sustainable communities where people want to live.

Cargill Sun Valley - VIVA Engagement Survey
Sun Valley Europe is a leading supplier of food products to retail, foodservice and food manufacturing customers in both European and global markets. Now in its fifth year of processing by Scancapture, the VIVA Engagement Survey's aim is create an environment in which all staff can work effectively, gain personal satisfaction and be given the opportunity to develop.
The survey, translated into Portuguese, Polish, Lithuanian, Dutch and French has been designed around proven market research on how organisations measure the true engagement of their people, meaning that they stay with the company, say positive things about the company and support the company by contributing all of their potential effort.

McCann Erickson - People Survey
As with all businesses in the 21st Century, people really are McCann Erickson Manchester's greatest asset. Given that the Agency has undergone such dramatic growth in recent years and changes in the marketplace, it was important from a senior management perspective to truly understand how people were feeling about a range of issues including their role in the Agency’s success, communication, development, their environment and the bigger picture with regard to McCann World Group.
Scancapture were chosen to design, print, distribute, process and analyse the People Survey for McCann Erickson.

Glyndebourne Theatre - Gift Aid Declarations
Since 1952 Glyndebourne's position at the forefront of international opera has been secured thanks to the support of their Members. A Gift Aid declaration enables Glyndebourne to currently claim an extra 28p per £1 from the HM Revenue & Customs at no extra cost to the member.
Scancapture successfully scanned over 20,000 Gift Aid declarations collected over the years, and continue to scan new declarations periodically. The images of all Gift Aid declarations are saved onto CD, which are then transferred to Glyndebourne's Membership database for easy retrieval. Click to request more details
