We work with Concern Worldwide

Concern Worldwide is an international humanitarian organisation dedicated to working with the world’s poorest people to transform their lives. Concern work in partnership with some of the world’s most vulnerable communities to tackle poverty and suffering. Using their knowledge and experience to influence decisions made at a local, national and international level they are significantly reducing extreme poverty.

Pathway is Concern’s new management development programme, targeted at middle managers across the organisation. Designed in consultation with managers and staff across Concern, it addresses common management and leadership challenges. The course is to be rolled out over 2 years to approximately 250 managers worldwide.

Pathway delivers an engaging and challenging 6 month blended learning experience. The programme involves coaching, guided learning, peer support, work assignments, as well as face-to-face workshops.

Since January 2013 Scancapture have been working with Concern administrating and producing the 360 assessments reports for all participants on the different programmes.

Concern’s Learning & Development Officer Martin Shaughnessy said, “Steve and his team have been extremely helpful and are a key component of the programme. Their service has been excellent and Scancapture’s staff have been flexible to meet our needs. They communicate clearly to our participants and keep Concern fully updated on progress. I look forward to working with them for the duration of the programme.”
