5 simple steps to the perfect postal customer survey


Creating a customer survey can be daunting but it doesn’t matter if you don’t know where to start. We have 20 years’ experience in asking the right questions, and we’ll work in close partnership with you or your marketing team to ensure the data collected delivers the information you need.

Plus we use sophisticated Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) software that can read letters, numbers and diagrams too.
