Scancapture’s MD chosen for Engage For Success Review Panel

Engage for Success

Scancapture’s Managing Director Steve Smith has been chosen to be one of ten international employee engagement experts to sit on the Review Panel for the ‘White Papers and Thought Leadership Papers Committee’ set up by David Cameron’s initiative, Engage For Success.

The Review Panel will see Steve work with Professor Paul Sparrow of Lancaster University Management School, one of the UK’s leading authorities on international HR and its management, alongside other academics, research analysts and business leaders.

The intention of this panel is to help build the brand of Engage For Success as a producer of useful, respected and innovative papers that all those associated with the brand can use to promote the benefits and power of employee engagement.

Steve will use his vast experience and research of employee engagement surveys managed by his company, Scancapture, over the last 10 years and will help to produce authoritative reports and guides to educate readers and help business owners and Company Directors to make crucial business decisions.

Senior HR professionals and business owners are invited by Steve to view this ground-breaking evidence for the effectiveness of employee engagement strategies in improving business performance, productivity and profitability. He has made these essential reports available for free download at www.scancapture.co.uk.

Steve says “An engaged workforce will turn a good business into a great business. Engagement can also mean the difference between company survival or not. Over 90% of employee engagement, motivation & productivity can be improved by the individual employee themselves – it’s just that until now most haven’t known how. I’m really pleased to be a part of Engage For Success and my goal is to help Lancashire businesses thrive by benefiting from a more engaged workforce.”

Steve’s company, Scancapture are proud to have been shortlisted for Small Business of the Year at the prestigious Red Rose Awards in March 2013 for the third year in succession.
