A personal approach to conducting surveys:
1. EXPERIENCED SURVEY DESIGN & PRODUCTION ▼
Face-to-face and telephone surveys can be conducted standalone. They’re also effective as part of, or a follow-up to, a postal or online survey project. Personal surveys are very successful at collating detailed information, and particularly good at supporting people development initiatives including appraisals, training and even Investors in People.
2. PROFESSIONAL DATA CAPTURE ▼
We’ll work to any contact database you provide, and if required we can split by geography, role or however you wish. We can also extend the face-to-face or phone survey over a specified duration, and if you need us to call employees at specific times during the day then this can be arranged too.
We only use our own fully trained friendly and professional staff to carry out surveys. And all phone surveys are conducted from our UK call centre.
3. IN-DEPTH DATA ANALYSIS & QUALITY CONTROL ▼
Once all your surveys are collected, the real work begins. Our experienced team analyses the results so you don’t have to. As part of the analysis we’ll also add real value by:

However you need your data presented, we can do it. We provide an extensive choice of reporting of file formats so you can share the survey results easily with senior management and staff. And if you’re not sure, then we have a number of template tables and graphs that will offer great visual representation of your data.
We can also produce a comprehensive Executive Summary Report for your senior management team.
